Termination
SoReal Unlimited, Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate, within our sole discretion, this agreement without notice, if it is determined by SoReal Unlimited, Inc. that you have failed to comply with any provision of this Agreement. In the event of such termination, this Website will no longer be available for your use. SoReal Unlimited, Inc. shall not be liable to you nor any other party for denial of your access to this Website.
Severability
If one or more of the provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid and/or void by law, then the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Final Agreement
This Agreement shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the parties and terminates and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be modified only by a further writing that is duly executed by both parties.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed and interpreted by, through and under the Laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising between you and SoReal Unlimited, Inc. will be submitted to binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida.
